Citadel - Layer - Evil Sunz Scarlet

Citadel Colour Layer: Evil Sunz Scarlet is a smooth, water-based acrylic paint formulated for building colour, highlights, and transitions over a Base coat. Its finely balanced pigment allows controlled thin layers while retaining a consistent matt finish, making it suitable for edge highlights, raised details, and gradual colour development. For best results, apply in thin coats with a Layer brush. Non-toxic acrylic. Supplied in a 12ml pot.
